Saint Leo University Proclaims Faith through Eucharistic Procession
On All Saints Day, November 1, the Saint Leo University community came together to worship and proclaim the faith through a Eucharistic Procession.
On All Saints Day, November 1, the Saint Leo University community came together to worship and proclaim the faith through a Eucharistic Procession.
Students joined in a public declaration of the true presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Adoration began outside on a boardwalk near the Bowl area of Saint Leo’s campus, looking out toward Lake Jovita.
Led by Father Lucius Amarillas, OSB, prior of Saint Leo Abbey, who carried the monstrance containing the consecrated host, the procession included student-altar servers, students, and others. The procession moved east to the university’s Saint Jude Chapel, where adoration continued.
