Men’s Conference: Knowing, Defending, and Evangelizing our Faith

All Catholic men are invited to attend the 15th Annual Tampa Bay Men’s Conference on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Tampa.

This conference is an opportunity to experience an enriching day with other faithful men in the area, focusing on the theme of “Being Catholic in a Broken World.” Trent Horn, apologist for Catholic Answers and popular author and podcast host, is the featured guest presenter.

“For the past several years, one recurring topic has been suggested in our post-conference surveys: How do I live a faithful Catholic life in today’s challenging environment?” said Terry Taormina, one of the conference organizers from Suncoast Catholic Ministries. “The theme of this year’s conference attempts to address that topic with lessons on knowing, defending, and evangelizing our faith coupled with a talk from Trent Horn, one of the top experts on Catholic apologetics today. Our hope is to affirm that while we face numerous secular, societal and moral challenges, our Catholic faith endures as the truest path to a joyful life and eternal salvation.”

Additional presenters include:

  • Father Carlos Rojas, Pastor of St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City
  • Father Chuck Dornquast, Director of Vocations for the Diocese of St. Petersburg
