Grow in Holiness through Mary

All are welcome to attend a special opportunity to deepen their relationship with Mary by attending the Marian Congress from 7:30am – 4:00pm on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in St. Petersburg.

This year’s theme is “Journeying in Hope with Mary.” Presentations will be given by Father Chuck Dornquast, Father George Gyasi, and Father Emery Longanga on a variety of Marian topics.

The event will also include morning and Vigil Mass, confession, Eucharistic Adoration, and the praying of the rosary in five languages. During the Mass, participants will pray an Act of Consecration prayer which will allow them to renew their Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary or make their consecration for the first time.

Each year, the Diocese of Saint Petersburg also renews the consecration from 2018. Bishop Gregory Parkes consecrated the diocese to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in May that year.

Making a consecration is an act of love that is constantly renewed. Renewing your consecration means giving yourself to Jesus in and through the heart of Mary once again. 33 days of prayer and preparation begins March 31st
